Todd Fierro Named President of TESCO Controls

SACRAMENTO, California, (April 2, 2024) – TESCO Controls, a United Flow Technologies (“UFT”) company, one of the nation’s largest systems integrators in the water/wastewater industry, today announced that Todd Fierro has been named President of the organization. Fierro will lead the 50-year-old company into the next strategic phase of growth and innovation within the UFT platform.

Todd Fierro stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at TESCO in November 2023, bringing his expertise in operational optimization to the forefront. In this capacity, he assumed responsibility for spearheading operational excellence, encompassing manufacturing, engineering, and technical services. Todd, his wife Jen, their two kids, Max and Kate, and their Australian Shepherd, Lutsen, have relocated to Sacramento and are excited to be in Northern California!

Fierro is a proven leader who has directed company operations across a wide range of manufacturing industries including heavy processing equipment, automotive, high-tech, and aerospace. He has successfully held several leadership roles including Plant Manager for Ford Motor Company’s 3rd largest North American facility. As Director of Manufacturing at Bloom Energy, Fierro oversaw the expansion of the manufacturing footprint from a single research laboratory to a global, multi-facility operation.

Most recently, Fierro served as President of Henderson Products, an industry leader in designing, custom manufacturing, and up-fit of multi-purpose equipment for heavy-duty municipal snow and ice control trucks. There, he built trust by creating a “North Star” vision for the organization, backed by specific breakthrough objectives that supported a three-year growth strategy.
