Jason Martin named Vice President of Project Management

Sacramento, CA – October 16, 2023 – Tesco Controls, a UFT Company, is excited to announce that Jason Martin, DBIA, LEED AP has joined its management team as Vice President of Project Management reporting to Hamid Sarshar, President of Tesco Controls.

As vice president, Jason will lead TESCO’s multi-state project management department responsible for overseeing water/wastewater system integration projects. His positive leadership style and extensive experience managing all facets of complex construction projects will help to strengthen strategic relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Jason brings over 19 years of proven leadership and project/construction management experience to the position.  Most recently he served as Vice President for Clark Construction Group, a $6B national construction firm. At Clark, he expanded the Sacramento region’s office to over 50 staff and grew revenues to over $150M annually.  During his tenure, he and his team built the new Sacramento Courthouse, UC Davis Hospital renovations, and UCSF Block 34 Surgery Clinic & Parking Garage. Prior to joining Clark in 2018, Jason was the Sacramento Regional Manager for The Boldt Company. There, he managed several new healthcare facility projects and facility expansions.

Jason holds both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil and Construction Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Oregon State University. He is also a DBIA Design-Build Professional and has a LEED AP Building Design & Construction (BD+C) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
