Sacramento, CA – July 10, 2023 – Tesco Controls, a UFT Company, is excited to announce that Saretta Holler Brown is joining its management team as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, reporting to Hamid Sarshar, President of Tesco Controls. Saretta will lead TESCO’s sales, estimating, marketing and field activities departments for both the water/wastewater and transportation divisions. Her unique blend of talent and experience will help to align TESCO’s multiple commercial departments into one cohesive, high-performing unit.
Saretta brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing and leadership experience – and extensive knowledge of the water/wastewater industry to the company. In her previous position, as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for JWC Environmental (a leader in solids reduction, separation and removal systems for municipal and industrial applications), she led a team of 60 staff comprising of all aspects of sales and marketing for the global municipal and industrial processing divisions. During Saretta’s tenure at JWC, the business attained record orders, improved its culture, and created motivated, high-performing sales, service, and marketing teams, solidifying JWC’s market leadership position.
As a nationally recognized Dale Carnegie executive vice president and master trainer, Saretta has coached, trained and developed solutions for individuals and teams globally, including Fortune 100 companies. She earned her Master’s degree in Multicultural Education from National University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from San Diego State University.
