(September 2014, Sacramento, CA) Tesco Controls Inc., North America’s leading water and wastewater systems integrator, is proud to announce that Michael Prosser, a former TESCO engineer, has rejoined Tesco Controls, Inc. as Director of Special Projects. In his new role, Mr. Prosser is responsible for the planning and execution of some of TESCO’s most complex system integration projects; encompassing front-end project planning to support design-build project delivery, network and systems design, project execution and implementation, and overall project management of control systems for process industries.

Mr. Prosser has worked in the water/wastewater and electric power industries for over 30 years, including 15 years at TESCO. More than 50% of his career has been in the role of systems integrator and the balance as an engineering consultant. Prosser has successfully managed projects of all sizes and levels of complexity, including several of the largest water/wastewater SCADA-HMI systems in the U.S. He is a subject matter expert in project management, systems design and implementation, SCADA, networking, cybersecurity, electrical and power systems, and instrumentation and control system design.
